Common questions

Do I need an account? No. Without one, the app works on your phone and nothing you enter leaves it. A free account backs up your chart and connections and adds Transit readings written for your chart. Celeste and Synastry are part of Mood Astrology Pro and also use your account.

How do I sign in on a new phone? On the welcome screen, tap "Already have an account? Sign in." If you skipped it, tap the gear on the Mood tab, then Account › Sign in. Your chart and connections come back with your account.

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?". We'll email you a 6-digit code, and you can set a new password with it.

I didn't get my code. Codes can take a minute to arrive, so check your spam folder. You can ask for a new code after 30 seconds.

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings › Account › Delete account. This immediately and permanently erases your account, saved chart, connections, readings and Celeste conversations. The app keeps working on your phone without an account.

What does Celeste know about me? Celeste reads your chart, the people you've added in Synastry, and today's sky. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Celeste said something wrong or inappropriate. Press and hold the reply and tap Report. Celeste is AI, for reflection and entertainment. She isn't a source of medical, legal or financial advice.

My birth time is unknown. The app still works. Without a birth time, your Rising sign and houses aren't shown.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose Mood Astrology. Cancel at least 24 hours before your period or free trial ends.

How do I restore a purchase? Go to Settings › Subscription › Restore purchases, or use the restore link on the subscription screen.

I'm in crisis. Mood Astrology can't help in an emergency. In the US, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Elsewhere, call your local emergency number.
