These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pounce app, operated by WSO Digital ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Pounce you agree to these Terms. 1. What Pounce is — and isn't

Pounce provides educational content and structured training programs for cats, based on positive-reinforcement methods. Pounce is not veterinary advice. Behavior changes in cats — especially litter-box changes, sudden fear or aggression, night yowling, or changes in appetite or grooming — can be caused by medical conditions. Where the app tells you to rule out a medical cause with your veterinarian before starting a program, that step is required for your cat's safety. Always consult a veterinarian about your cat's health.

2. Safety

You are responsible for your cat's safety and your own when following any program in the app. Outdoor and adventure content (harness, leash, backyard, trails, travel) involves inherent risk; follow the safety steps in each program, use appropriate equipment, comply with local laws and leash rules, and never force a fearful cat. Stop any exercise if your cat shows stress or you feel a situation is unsafe.

3. Subscriptions

Pounce Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID.

• The price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via Manage subscription in the app.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pounce on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. All content in the app — training programs, text, illustrations, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the app's content.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no use of the content to build a competing service, and no use of the app in a way that violates law or these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any training program will achieve a particular result with your cat — every cat is different.
